What You’ll Do at Mirakl

  • Research enterprise businesses, identify key decision-makers and craft targeted messaging to generate meaningful engagement.
  • Partner closely with experienced Enterprise Account Executives to prioritize opportunities, develop prospecting plans, and creatively strategize ways to connect with external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in prospecting by sharing outbound learnings and best practices with the organization to support team success.
  • Master AI as a tool to drive efficiency, generate commercial insight, leveling up your own expertise and impact in the role.
  • Build the skills and foundation to progress from business development into sales or other departments, with performance and development goals designed to support your career growth.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Ideal for early-career candidates; 0–2 years of sales experience welcome.
  • Internships, co-ops, and bootcamps are also valued.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, discovery, and presentation skills (written and verbal) with the ability to connect persuasively with senior-level decision-makers.
  • A thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware approach.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset and rigor in pursuing personal and professional development.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and Sales Navigator is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in our Boston, MA office four days per week.
