Stage - Brand Marketing & Communications (H/F)

We are looking for an intern or an apprentice to join our dynamic & international EU brand marketing team to help with operational tasks related to influencer campaigns, long term ambassador partnerships, PR & events.

The goal of this role is to engage in initiatives to increase brand awareness, and drive consideration for key products + new product launches. This is a central role in the marketing team, working primarily on the French, German, and UK markets, with some opportunities to work on brand marketing projects for the Australian & Indian markets. Intermediate to fluent working knowledge of French & English will be vital to the success of this role.

This team member will report to the Brand & Communications Team Lead & will be based out of our French office in Issy-les-moulineaux, in the suburbs of Paris.

• Help with operational tasks under the close guidance of the Brand & Comms team related to…
• Paid media (YouTube & Meta brand campaigns)
• Eg: Eg: help consolidate weekly and monthly campaign performance reporting (impressions, reach, frequency, view rate, CPM, CPCV) in our KPI trackers, with the paid media team and our agencies.
  Eg: help follow campaign delivery and pacing: check that budgets, flighting and geo targeting match the media plan, flag discrepancies early.
  Eg: help manage the creative asset pipeline: naming conventions, format specs, language versions by market, delivery deadlines to the studio team and to the agencies.
  Eg: help build creative benchmarks on YouTube and Meta: collect and analyse best in class brand video ads, identify the hooks and formats that drive attention, and share learnings with the brand and creative teams.
  Eg: help prepare campaign briefs, creative rotation plans and post campaign recaps for key brand moments and product launches.
• Influencers and long-term ambassador partners
• Eg: do benchmarks on the influencer market, prepare unboxing gifting experiences for influencers, help prepare influencer and ambassador briefing decks.
• Events
• Eg: order team apparel for events, order event goodies, print leaflets, ship marketing materials, help run product experiences during events.
• Help manage the internal communication with team members prior to and during (eg: create team email group, share tips / updates / reminders).
• Press
• Eg: send product samples to reporters, work cross functionally to find the answer to questions reporters have about the Withings brand & products.

You will report to the B2C Brand Marketing Team Leader and work cross-functionally with other brand marketing team members managing PR, advertising, influence & partnerships, as well as the broader marketing & sales teams (studio & content, retail sales, CRM, product marketing, web).

Requirements

• Student on a masters degree
• Ability to work for a 2-year term (for apprentices) and a 6-month term (for interns).
• A strong working knowledge and/or fluency in both French & English (note - close collaboration with both French and US-based team members will be required for this role).

• Positive and enthusiastic spirit, with a go-getter attitude, and excitement to work cross-functionally to come up with creative solutions & ideas.
