We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Automation Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in this transformative project.

Your Role:

As a Quality Assurance Automation Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the new Angular website meets and exceeds the functionality, performance, and security benchmarks of the existing Windows Forms application. Your keen eye for detail and thorough Automation Testing methodologies will be crucial in delivering a seamless user experience.

What You'll Do:

• Feature Fidelity Testing: Ensure all features from the legacy application are accurately and fully implemented in the new Angular website using automation test tools.

• Performance Testing: Conduct comprehensive performance tests to guarantee the new website operates efficiently under various conditions.

• Security Testing: Identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities to ensure robust protection of user data.

• Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing that will be automated.

• Bug Identification: Detect, document, and track bugs through to resolution, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.

• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on testing outcomes, highlighting key issues, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in QA roles, particularly in testing web applications and ensuring fidelity with legacy systems.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools, experience with Angular applications, and familiarity with client-server architecture. Proficient at using modern software testing methodologies & experience with: AI-powered test tools; UFT One; Selenium; Azure DevOps; Windows client/server applications; Web applications.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring no bug goes unnoticed.

• Security Expertise: Understanding of web security best practices and experience in conducting security testing.

• Performance Testing: Proficiency in performance testing tools and methodologies.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues clearly and concisely.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving & critical thinking abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within an Agile team environment.
