Your role:

• Independentpreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsin accordance withFrench GAAP and IFRSfor international companies, including relevant notes to the financial statements.
• Maintenance, analysis, and reconciliation of local French GAAP booksas well as confidentreconciliation of differences with other accounting standards.
• Close collaboration withexternal payroll and tax partnersto ensure compliance with alllocal legal requirements.
• Proactivecoordination with internal teams(Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, Business Controlling) to ensure smooth operations in the finance department.
• Preparation and timely filingof all local financial reports (e.g.,sales tax returns, corporate tax prepayments, tax returns)—you will also serve as a competent point of contact during the annual closing process forauditors, business controllers, management, and regulatory authorities.

What you bring to the table:

Several years of relevant professional experience in the finance or accounting field, ideally in aninternational context.

Excellent qualifications as a certified accountant (m/f/d)or a successfullycompleted degree, preferably from a renowned university, in the field offinance, accounting, or a comparable discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of French GAAP(required); experience withIFRS and/or HGBis a plus.
• Very strong Excel skillsand confidence usingreporting and analysis tools.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English;knowledge of Germanis a plus.
