Beschreibung

Job Description
This manager-level position leads a consulting segment within the CareAware medical device integration portfolio, with responsibility for people management, portfolio and delivery management, sales enablement, and financial performance. Accountable for operational metrics, business results, consulting delivery quality, and customer reference ability. Sets direction for the assigned consulting segment and implements policies and process improvements that support revenue growth, effective resource utilization, and consistent client outcomes. Manages individual contributors and may serve as an advisor for moderately complex engagements.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, CareAware Consulting, you will manage and develop consultants supporting the CareAware platform, strengthening technical capability, client communication, and accountability. You will oversee utilization, staffing demand, and resource escalations to align team capacity with engagement commitments. You will monitor engagement financial performance and take corrective action on utilization gaps, effort overruns, and potential write-offs.

You will partner with Sales and delivery teams to define scope, effort estimates, role requirements, pricing assumptions, and statements of work. You will improve intake, contracting, and delivery handoffs so client expectations, technical prerequisites, and resource needs are understood before implementation begins.

You will coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and consulting stakeholders to resolve device integration issues, prioritize enhancement requests, and maintain accurate implementation guidance. You will manage delivery and commercial risks, address scope gaps and overruns, and drive timely resolution of client escalations.

You will strengthen portfolio reporting, project status discipline, and operational processes to improve visibility and reduce rework. Through reusable guidance, knowledge sharing, and coaching, you will enable teams to handle routine scoping and delivery decisions with greater independence.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4 years in consulting and 2 years in project management leadership..
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience..
• Demonstrated experience directly managing consultants, including performance evaluations, coaching, development planning, staffing, and utilization..
• Direct experience with CareAware and medical device integration, including implementation requirements, technical dependencies, and associated clinical or laboratory workflows..
• Experience overseeing consulting engagements, managing delivery risks, and resolving client escalations..
• Experience managing engagement financial performance, including utilization, effort overruns, and write-off risk..
• Experience supporting sales through scope development, effort estimates, pricing assumptions, and statements of work..
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Consulting, Product Management, and Engineering to resolve issues and meet client commitments..
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills..
• Ability to travel as needed..

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,500 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
