You will be expected to identify opportunities and dependencies that cut across team boundaries, bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces, and establish reusable ways of working that help MongoDB deliver reliable, scalable platform capabilities for enterprise and other demanding markets.
You will partner closely with senior engineering and business leaders to evaluate trade-offs, sequence investments, and bring clarity to decisions that balance customer impact, execution risk, and long-term business value.
