We are looking for a candidate that will be contributing with specialized and experienced knowledge in the implementation and evolution of the organization's observability strategy, contributing to the creation of efficient and secure environments that are aligned with regulatory requirements (DORA), as well as to the efficient management of resources and improvement of the user experience.

Responsabilities:

  • Define and maintain observability architecture and strategy, aligned with resilience and regulatory requirements;
  • Design and configure dashboards, SLOs/SLAs, and alerts for different stakeholders;
  • Develop scripts and automations for advanced administration and monitoring (Dynatrace, Python, Workflow);
  • Implement observability extensions and tools for non-native technologies and integration with OpenTelemetry;
  • Analyze data, optimize queries, and extract key business and capacity/performance management metrics;
  • Efficiently manage resources and licenses in Dynatrace DPS, ensuring compliance with DORA requirements.
  • Analytical skills, results-oriented, teamwork;
  • Dynatrace certification;
  • Previous experience in regulatory compliance projects (DORA or others);
  • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and custom extension development;
  • Proficiency in standard office tools (Office 365, Teams);
  • Technical English (reading and writing).
