HE Space has joined forces with CS Group and Sopra Steria to lead the engineering and digital space market in Europe and to provide highly skilled consulting.

Provide change management support to EuroQCI activities, including secretariat services and change impact assessments.

As part of the Service team, you will have the following responsibilities:

Support shall include secretariat support to:

  • The EuroQCI Engineering Board
  • The Programme Configuration Control Board (PCCB)

This support shall include:

  • Preparation and circulation of meeting agendas
  •  Organisation of meeting dates, logistics, and document distribution
  • Collection and consolidation of input documentation
  • Preparation and issuance of Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
  • Tracking of actions and decisions

The Contractor shall perform change impact analyses covering both:

a) Programmatic Impact Analysis, including:

  • Schedule impact assessment
  • Cost impact assessment
  • Resource implications

b) Technical Impact Analysis, including:

  • Requirements impact
  • Architectural implications
  • Design trade-offs
  • Verification and validation impacts
  • Description of the proposed change
  • Assumptions
  • Impact assessment
  • Conclusions and recommendations

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

  • Master's in Engineering or equivalent university degree;
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or change management
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
