👐 About the team

The Identity & Tooling team is responsible for defining and operating the foundations that allow Alma employees to access the company’s systems securely and efficiently.

The team’s scope covers identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, access provisioning and deprovisioning, tooling governance, access reviews and the definition of clear ownership for business applications.

The team works closely with IT, Security, Engineering, People, Finance, Legal and business teams. Each business team remains responsible for defining the access needs of its employees, while the Identity & Tooling team provides the standards, processes, tools and governance framework.

You will report to Barbara Goubert and manage a team of 2 people.

This position is a CDI based in Paris, with 3 days per week in the office.

💼 About the job

• Define and implement Alma’s identity and access management strategy. Design and roll out a scalable RBAC model across Alma’s systems and applications, while defining clear ownership, access rules and approval workflows for critical tools.
• Own the identity lifecycle and access processes. Improve joiner, mover and leaver processes, including provisioning, changes of access and offboarding, while ensuring that access is granted according to business need, least privilege and appropriate approval.
• Build and operate tooling governance. Create and maintain an inventory of applications, tools, owners, users and access levels, and establish standards for tool ownership, onboarding, access requests, privileged access and periodic access reviews.
• Drive security, compliance and operational excellence. Ensure that access requests are properly documented, approved and traceable, coordinate access reviews and remediation plans, and define dashboards and KPIs to monitor access quality, process efficiency and risk reduction.

🧩 About you

To succeed in this job

• Significant experience in Identity and Access Management, RBAC, SSO, access governance or SaaS administration.
• Strong understanding of access lifecycle management, including joiner, mover and leaver processes.
• Ability to design pragmatic processes that balance security, compliance and employee experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence IT, Security, Engineering, People and business teams.

And it will be nice if you also

• Have experience in a fast-growing technology company, fintech or regulated environment.
• Have experience implementing or improving an Identity Provider, RBAC framework or access-governance platform.
• Have experience with privileged access management, access reviews and audit preparation.
• Are familiar with SaaS portfolio management, licence optimisation and vendor governance.
