About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Product Growth Marketer to drive marketing programs across Japan.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on delivering business outcomes—not just executing campaigns. You will partner closely with the regional marketing lead to develop campaign ideas, contribute to demand generation strategy, and execute integrated marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate business growth.
 

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, paid media, webinars, events, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and cross-functional teams to drive qualified pipeline and business growth.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to campaign strategy, messaging, and channel optimization.
   

Product marketing

• Partner with global Product Marketing to understand product roadmaps and translate them into customer-focused marketing strategies. Coordinate campaign logistics and marketing assets vendors.
• Develop product-focused marketing content including solution briefs, web content, customer stories, videos, presentations, and product launch materials.
• Measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimize based on business outcomes.
   

Performance & Insights

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity, campaign execution, and content development.
• Maintain an outcome-driven mindset, continuously optimizing campaigns based on data, pipeline contribution, and business impact.
   

Qualifications

Required

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation and product marketing in the design and manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese. Professional working proficiency in written and spoken in English.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment.
   

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and productivity.
• Experience in Marketo, SFDC and 6sense is a plus.
• Basic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools are a plus.
   

Other Information

• Occasional travel, primarily within Japan, will be required for customer events, partner activities, and marketing offsites.
