We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and enhancement of our custom billing system. This position is central to ensuring that our IT solutions effectively support Client's business processes in billing, invoicing, and telecom service settlements, while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Operations) to identify, analyze, and document requirements related to billing, invoicing, and settlement processes.

  • Create detailed specifications using UML, BPMN, and process diagrams for the custom billing system.

  • Define integration requirements for new data sources (external systems, files, databases). Collaborate with ETL/data engineers to ensure proper mapping and data flow.

  • Verify billing calculations and ensure system compliance with telecom and tax regulations.

  • Support implementation, unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, data mappings, user guides, and support the generation of billing and analytical reports.

Project Technology:

  • Java, Angular, SQL

  • 3 - 5 years as a Business/System Analyst working with complex IT architectures.

  • Hands-on experience with billing systems, invoicing processes, customer lifecycle management (CRM), or Business Support Systems (BSS) in the telecom sector.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation of settlements, and database work (Oracle or other DBMS experience is a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML notations.

Nice to have requirements:

  • Familiarity with Visio/Draw.io and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, HP ALM).

  • Understanding of Telco-specific settlement processes (e.g., NRC/MRC recurring charges, usage-based billing, subscriptions, roaming, value-added services).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

  • Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail, essential for ensuring billing data accuracy.

Hybrid work model: 2 days from the office, 3 days of home office.
