Description

As a Senior Staff Product Manager for QuickBooks Bill Pay, you will own the strategy and execution for a core pillar of QuickBooks’ money movement ecosystem: one of Intuit’s highest growth and engagement areas.

In this high-visibility leadership role, you will work across teams and product surfaces to define long-term vision, identify new opportunities, and deliver step-change improvements in how small businesses manage and move their money.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and quantify market opportunities through deep customer insight, data analysis, and competitive intelligence
  • Define and drive a cohesive product strategy across multiple teams and time horizons (near-, mid-, and long-term)
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning systems, teams, and business units
  • Influence company-wide priorities and align product, business, and technical strategies
  • Build scalable frameworks for product discovery, delivery, and measurement
  • Drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle - from ideation through launch and continuous iteration

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of owning and scaling complex products
  • Demonstrated success defining and executing multi-year product strategies with clear business impact
  • Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
  • Strong product sense and deep customer empathy
  • Passion for AI and its ability to drive value for users and redefine the role of the PM
  • Deep expertise in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and product analytics
  • Fintech / Payments experience (a plus)
