Description

The Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) is the AI engine that makes Intuit's assisted services vision real. VEP connects 100M+ customers to 15,000+ tax and bookkeeping professionals in real time — intelligently matching by expertise, availability, and performance across 650M customer conversations annually. VEP directly enables ~$3B in expert services revenue and is accountable for a $250M reduction in CS operations cost in FY26. VEP is at an inflection point — transforming from a platform that supports expert interactions to one that orchestrates AI-native, agentic customer and expert experiences at scale. This Director of Engineering leads foundational capabilities that together power Intuit's assisted services business.
