The Sales department is the driving force behind our revenue growth, responsible for building strategic relationships, closing new business, and expanding our market presence globally.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive sales strategy, acquire new customers, and expand our existing account base across local government and public sector organizations. You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle by leveraging the local partner ecosystem and internal presales teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate public procurement processes and build executive relationships with high-level decision-makers. You will orchestrate internal and external resources to maximize win rates and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Network, Cloud, and Security Operations.
Navigate public procurement processes and leverage framework agreements to accelerate sales cycles.
Collaborate closely with system integrators, resellers, and specialized channel partners in the regional public sector.
Build and maintain executive relationships with high-level decision-makers within local government bodies.
Orchestrate internal resources, including Systems Engineers and Product Specialists, to maximize win rates.
Maintain strict pipeline management in Salesforce and deliver accurate, timely sales forecasts.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in technology or cybersecurity (Please confirm this inferred value).
Demonstrated success in selling to local government and public sector organizations.
Deep understanding of public procurement processes and framework agreements.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex end-to-end sales cycles.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and IT Directors in the regional public sector.
Extensive experience working with system integrators and specialized channel partners.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
