Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. Our mission is to power prosperity around the world by helping customers put more money in their pockets, save time by eliminating work, and have confidence in every financial decision they make.
Our strategy is to be an AI-driven expert platform that brings together data, AI, and human expertise to deliver done-for-you experiences and fuel our customers' financial success. Across TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Intuit Enterprise Suite, and Intuit Accountant Suite, we are using technology to solve our customers' most important financial challenges at scale.
Intuit's Consumer Group is dedicated to powering prosperity by helping consumers improve their overall financial success. Through our consumer platform, we are transforming how customers manage some of the most important moments in their financial lives by combining world-class technology, AI, data, and human expertise.
Come join the Consumer Group Program Management Office as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager. We are looking for an exceptional program leader and creative problem solver to lead one of Consumer Group's most complex, technically challenging, and strategically important initiatives.
This role will sit within Credit Karma Money, a critical part of Intuit’s Consumer Ecosystem strategy to build deeper relationships with customers, and be a trusted part of customers’ financial journeys throughout the year. The Money organization delivers consumer-facing financial products spanning banking, money movement, and lending, helping customers access their money faster and find better financial options—from tax refund advances and flexible ways to pay taxes to lines of credit and other lending experiences. This role will focus initially on Lending, leading complex programs that connect TurboTax and Credit Karma experiences and span the full technology stack and a wide range of functions.
In this role, you will operate across organizational and functional boundaries, connecting strategy to execution and bringing clarity to highly ambiguous problems. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and other functions to define outcomes, establish execution strategies, navigate complex dependencies and tradeoffs, and deliver meaningful customer and business impact.
As a Senior Staff TPM, your impact extends beyond the successful delivery of an individual program. You will help shape portfolio direction, improve how organizations operate together, raise the bar for technical program management, and enable teams to move with greater speed, accountability, and confidence.
Responsibilities
Connect the dots across complex programs and initiatives to clarify the why, what, and how, translating strategy into executable outcomes.
Integrate customer needs, business strategy, technical context, and organizational realities to shape program and portfolio direction.
Partner with senior leaders to prioritize across programs and organizations, balancing near-term execution with broader customer, technical, and business impact.
Drive cross-program dependencies and tradeoffs, develop clear recommendations, and drive leaders toward timely decisions.
Establish clarity across ambiguous problem spaces by bringing together strategy, business goals, customer needs, technology, design, and execution.
Build trust and credibility as a boundaryless change leader, forming key partnerships across the organization
Translate complex technical and program information into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
Take end-to-end ownership for some of Consumer Group's most strategic and complex programs, from strategy and planning through execution and outcomes.
Lead teams in defining program outcomes, building end-to-end delivery plans, and establishing governance models for complex programs
Establish and drive operating mechanisms that create transparency, accountability, and fast decision-making across teams and organizations.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and systemic blockers; determine the fastest path to green, and communicate progress and insights that influence strategic decisions
Lead complex change efforts, anticipating organizational impacts and driving change from planning through adoption.
Communicate program strategy, progress, risks, insights, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
Bring deep knowledge of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycle — including agent-driven product development and platform architectures
Apply an AI-native mindset to program leadership, identifying opportunities to use AI and agentic capabilities to accelerate planning, execution, synthesis, and decision-making.
Effectively structure work for AI-assisted execution while applying appropriate judgment and rigor to AI-generated program artifacts and outcomes.
Direct multiple AI agents toward a shared delivery outcome — scoping context and acceptance criteria, governing the integrated result, and course-correcting when agents drift
Dive deeply into technical subject matter to facilitate technical discussions with engineering leaders and subject matter experts, driving clarity around architecture, dependencies, sequencing, and tradeoffs and exposing gaps.
Help teams evolve their ways of working as AI increasingly changes how products are designed, built, and delivered.
Build trusted partnerships across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Business, and other organizations to achieve outcomes that no single team can deliver independently.
Influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority, aligning teams around primary objectives and driving decisions through ambiguity.
Anticipate resistance, organizational complexity, and execution challenges and work through them independently.
Act as a catalyst for change, challenging teams to simplify, move faster, and raise the quality of execution.
Coach and mentor other Technical Program Managers and contribute to advancing the TPM craft across Consumer Group.
Use data, insights, and operating mechanisms to assess program health and drive continuous improvement.
