Join our ServiceNow Solutions Division and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge ServiceNow implementations that optimize our clients’ IT operations. If you’re passionate about technology, problem-solving, and creating impactful solutions, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

  • Work on ServiceNow platform implementation projects and missions to enhance clients’ production activities.
  • Contribute across multiple areas, including:
    • ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM
    • Discovery & Service Mapping
    • Event Management
    • Cloud Automation & Orchestration
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring new ServiceNow features and trends.
  • Participate in requirements gathering workshops, and produce project documentation (architecture, technical specs, agile user stories).
  • Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow modules, including workflow automation.
  • Support user acceptance testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Recommend technical solutions aligned with client needs and environments.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and security standards and maintain best practices.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT or customer-facing roles and at least 1 with ServiceNow.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices or experience in business process analysis and design.
  • Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript or other).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Mandatory: at least one ServiceNow Certification.
  • Bonus: ITIL Certification and Project Management Certification.
  • Fluent in English and capable of engaging colleagues and clients alike.
