About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with experience supporting hiring across Europe, DACH, and broader EU markets. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to attract top talent across diverse business and technology functions.

This role requires a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex hiring challenges while building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment across European markets, including DACH, Germany, Netherlands, and other EU regions.
  2. Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
  3. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  4. Conduct candidate assessments covering skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations, relocation requirements, work authorization, and cultural fit.
  5. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  6. Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  7. Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights to stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on European hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

Required Experience

European Recruitment Expertise

  1. Hands-on experience recruiting across Europe, DACH, Germany, Netherlands, and wider EU markets.
  2. Understanding of EU hiring regulations, work authorization requirements, EU citizenship, and Blue Card processes.
  3. Strong experience managing cross-border recruitment assignments.

Functional Hiring Experience

Candidates should have experience hiring for a combination of the following roles:

  3. Strategic Account Manager

Marketing & Digital

  1. Marketing Manager
  2. Content Manager
  3. SEO Manager

Human Resources

  1. HR Generalist

Project & Operations

  1. Project Manager (SaaS)
  2. Deal Desk Analyst

Technology & Infrastructure

  1. Data Centre Engineer

Legal & Compliance

  1. Legal Counsel

Desired Skills

  1. Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, including sourcing projects, InMail campaigns, and talent mapping.
  2. Excellent candidate screening and interviewing skills.
  3. Ability to recruit across multiple functions simultaneously.
  4. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication.
  6. Self-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
  7. Passion for building passive talent networks and talent communities.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience within RPO, staffing, or multinational recruitment environments.
  2. Experience supporting global or regional hiring initiatives.
  3. Demonstrated success in filling niche and hard-to-hire positions across business and technology domains.
