Opening statement:
We’re on a journey to advance how health happens with technologies that support clinicians, inspire innovation, empower patients, and save lives. Our mission? To create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.
It’s a big challenge, but big challenges are what we do best. We’re already transforming some of the world’s largest health systems—helping them turn data into lifesaving decisions and better patient care.
We want people just as dedicated as we are making history with the advancement of Federal Healthcare systems. If you’re excited about making healthcare more human, you’ve come to the right place.
About this position:
Oracle Health Government Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will lead the tactical design and delivery of enterprise health IT architecture across large-scale federal healthcare environments. You will develop and govern technical architectures that integrate EHR systems, HIE platforms, cloud technologies, security frameworks, data exchange capabilities, and supporting infrastructure to enable interoperability, scalability, security, and operational sustainability. The ideal candidate will be able to assess current-state environments, define future-state architecture strategies, and translate modernization objectives into clear roadmaps, system blueprints, standards, and technical guidance that support improved care delivery and long-term enterprise transformation.

Translate business, clinical, and modernization objectives into actionable architecture strategies, standards, patterns, and decision recommendations.
Partner with clinical, technical, operational, compliance, security, and executive stakeholders to ensure architecture decisions support immediate delivery goals and long-term transformation.
Lead architecture reviews, technical design forums, and governance discussions to de-risk delivery and promote consistent implementation across portfolios.
Maintain architecture documentation, connectivity submissions, reference models, standards, principles, and governance artifacts to guide implementation and delivery execution.
Advise on modernization trade-offs, integration strategies, technical dependencies, investment planning, and innovation opportunities that shape the federal health IT landscape.
Promote architecture decisions that advance digital equity, improve care delivery, strengthen operational resilience, and support sustainable federal healthcare transformation.
