What you’ll do

To support our long-term objectives in the region, we are seeking a strategic partner to scale our Technology teams across APAC. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while advising leadership on talent strategy and market insights. Minimum requirements

• You have 6 - 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, including the ability to communicate effectively with candidates in Taiwan, read Chinese-language materials, and understand local language usage in Taiwan to support recruitment for Taiwan-based roles.
• You have experience partnering with tech hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
• You possess great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
• You demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments with a high degree of autonomy.
• You take a data-driven approach to recruiting, using market trends and internal metrics to refine your strategy and improve process efficiency.
