About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Windows & Cloud) to join our Infrastructure IT team.

This role focuses on the administration of a hybrid Microsoft Enterprise and AWS infrastructure, investigating and resolving complex incidents, implementing infrastructure projects, and continuously improving IT services.

The selected candidate will work in a modern enterprise environment alongside Security, Network, Cloud, and Application teams, contributing to the administration, automation, and security of the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
  • Administer VMware vSphere platforms (ESXi and vCenter).
  • Manage Windows servers hosted in AWS.
  • Investigate and resolve L2/L3 technical incidents.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis activities.
  • Contribute to infrastructure implementation and modernization projects.
  • Manage the Patch Management process for Windows Server and Windows Client environments.
  • Test, validate, and deploy updates across TEST, PRE-PROD, and Production environments.
  • Automate operational activities using PowerShell.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Security teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Participate in Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management processes.
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience administering Enterprise Windows infrastructures.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
  • Practical experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience administering VMware vSphere platforms (ESXi and vCenter).
  • Solid PowerShell skills for system administration and automation.
  • Experience with Patch Management solutions (WSUS, SCCM, Intune, Tanium, or equivalent).
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM platform.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco ASA, or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of administering Microsoft Windows infrastructures in AWS, including EC2, VPC, Security Groups, IAM, and Active Directory integration.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows Server environments and investigating complex incidents.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
