As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Development, etc.) to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity projects. You will be responsible for overseeing initiatives from initial concept through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements from design through implementation.
  • Lead project execution with end-to-end ownership, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Monitor and report on project progress using key performance indicators, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, defining and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster collaboration across teams, promoting best practices and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (engineering or related roles).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g., IAM, Network Security, etc.).
  • Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800 series).
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.

Language Requirements:

  • English: C1 (advanced)
  • French: C1 (advanced)

  • Availability to travel within Portugal.
