Location: Lisbon or Porto

Main Responsibilities:        

  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of DLP initiatives, from planning to deployment.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Engage business teams at every stage (needs assessment, validation, and implementation).
  • Deliver clear, user-friendly documentation and communication materials.
  • Support local DLP teams in applying Group standards and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress with KPIs and dashboards, ensuring visibility and accountability.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to strengthen DLP controls and coverage.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed through regular updates via committees, SharePoint, and internal comms.

Profile:

  • Solid knowledge of Data Loss Prevention and IT security frameworks.
  • Understanding of data, IT systems, cyber risks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with technical architectures and process automation.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory). 
  • Fluency in French. 

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON or PORTO per week)
