Are you passionate about driving IT service excellence and ensuring seamless business continuity? Join our ServiceNow Team as a Senior Project Manager and take the lead in managing critical activities, incidents, and client demands across projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage transversal IT teams to deliver ServiceNow implementation projects and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Assess the business impact of incidents, set priorities, and trigger escalations when needed to accelerate resolution.
  • Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders on issue progress and application status.
  • Collect root causes of incidents and contribute to actionable plans that prevent future issues.
  • Monitor processes daily and act promptly to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
  • Oversee IT Risk, IT Security, AIA forms, repositories (MyAPM), and Shadow IT reporting.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and provide monthly performance reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT and/or customer-facing roles.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core capabilities, including ITSM and at least one of: ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, ERM, FSM.
  • Background in software development and familiarity with cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of IT Risk and Cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Fluent in English and capable of engaging colleagues and clients alike.
  • ServiceNow (Certified System Administrator (CSA)) and ITIL certifications.
  • Additional certifications such as Project Management are a plus.
