Are you an experienced Windows Administrator looking to deepen your skills in system management and automation?
Inetum is hiring a Windows System Administrator (Mid-Level) to join our infrastructure team and help manage the installation, performance, security, and stability of Windows-based systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, maintain, and update Windows Server operating systems and system tools.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability across environments.
  • Apply security patches, manage user access, and support vulnerability remediation (in coordination with the Security team).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and OS-level issues, escalating when needed.
  • Develop basic automation scripts using PowerShell or Ansible to reduce manual tasks.
  • Support end-users and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Maintain system documentation and contribute to process improvement efforts.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Windows system administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server and related technologies:
    • Active Directory
    • Group Policy (GPO)
    • DNS
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g. DHCP, load balancing).
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation principles.
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and performance improvement.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (B2–C1 level).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SolarWinds or other monitoring platforms.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware).
  • Basic knowledge of Azure environments.
  • Understanding of ITIL practices (incident/change management).
