Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team of 50 persons in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outsourcing IT business solutions and business consulting services. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement staffing plans that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives,
Identify staffing needs at customers sides, source candidates, manage the sourcing processes,
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and make hiring or contracting decisions,
Manage the onboarding process for new candidates, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company,
Monitor and analyze key staffing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate needs a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. You need to have a solid understanding of the outsourcing market, the industry standards, and the best practices.
You also need to have analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to assess the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and quality of the outsourcing solutions. Moreover, you need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
