Job Description:

Job Summary: As a Business Operations Analyst for distribution business, you will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our business processes to support growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our semiconductor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Data Analysis and Reporting:

oCollect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to business operations, including production, supply chain, and sales performance.

oDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.

oMonitor sales and forecast trends to identify booking opportunities

oAssist in the development and execution of business strategies and operational plans.

2.Process Improvement:

oEvaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

oCollaborate with departments to design and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

3.Documentation and Training:

oDocument business processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.

oDevelop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees on new processes or systems.

4.Account Management :

oManage account transactions and processes

Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Finance,.
•Experience: 8+ years of experience in business operations, finance or a related field, preferably
within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
•Skills:
oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
oProficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
oKnowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry best practices

Work Conditions:

•Office-based role
•May require working outside regular business hours to support operational needs or projects
