What you'll do

As a DevOps Student, you will contribute to building and maintaining the backbone of our development and operational workflows, working with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies and modern infrastructure practices.

 

You will join a passionate team, embrace agile methodologies, and gain hands-on experience in CI/CD, monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools while learning from some of the best engineers in the field.

 

• Support the development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation across various environments. Both in Jenkins and github actions.
• Work with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools to define and manage cloud infrastructure in a scalable and reproducible way.
• Collaborate with developers and platform engineers to streamline the development-to-production cycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
• Commit on project timeline and tasks, deliver on time with high quality.

What you bring

• At least 3 semesters left for graduation as student for B.Sc. in Computer Science, from a known institute.
• Minimum 3 working days per week
• Knowledge and experience in one of the following (GO, Java, C#)
• Curiosity and ability to quickly understand and learn new technologies, concepts, and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Team player.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

 Extra Points For

• Experience as DevOps Engineer.
• Familiar with Kubernetes principles.
• Familiarity with cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud)

Our core areas of expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Foundation Unified Services & Commercialization are in the management of landscapes, cloud content, and user management. We optimize our management tools and experiences to cater for efficient, automated, and scalable cloud management and operations.

 

We have completed re-shaping the platform with integrated cloud-native set of services that provide the core capabilities of the platform, building a consistent model for service providers and service consumers as part of the SAP Ecosystem and mass adoption by internal stakeholders has begun.

 

To be able to support the growing adoption and load, we are looking for a great people to join our Platform Engineering group.  With the recent transformation of our platform into an integrated, cloud-native environment adopted across SAP, we're strengthening our DevOps capabilities to ensure high system reliability, fast feedback loops, and seamless deployment pipelines
