The ideal candidate will possess expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, SuiteProjects Pro (PSA), CRM, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and the SuiteCloud Platform. Candidates should be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable functional solutions while leveraging NetSuite leading practices.
Strong knowledge of AMP business processes—including advertising campaign management, project-based services, subscription and recurring revenue, resource management, contract and revenue management, multi-entity financial operations, and performance reporting—is essential. Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, marketing automation, publishing, advertising technology (AdTech), and marketing technology (MarTech) platforms is highly desirable.
Oracle NetSuite's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) organization provides ongoing functional and technical services that help customers maximize the value of their NetSuite investment through continuous optimization, solution enhancements, user adoption, and operational excellence.
As part of the ACS AMP team, this role partners with customers to optimize finance, project operations, revenue management, reporting, integrations, and AI-enabled business processes that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
