About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team is a global organization responsible for delivering financial predictability and control, business accountability, and insight to optimize decisions, resources, and shareholder success.
We are seeking a Manager to join the Sales F&S Central team, owning strategic analytics and forecasting for Salesforce's go-to-market business. This role partners closely with global finance, sales operations, and distribution leadership to deliver forward-looking insight on the metrics that drive profitable growth. You'll build the models and frameworks executives rely on to understand where the business is headed, and you'll bring AI and automation into how that insight is produced.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own strategic modeling and forward-looking analysis of global bookings metrics (ACV, NNAOV), translating GTM sales leadership priorities into forecasts and frameworks that shape business decisions.

  • Partner across global finance, operations, and distribution teams to forecast and explain growth potential and business health by region, product, industry, deal size, new logo, and market segment.

  • Build and own frameworks for topline insight and forward-looking scenario models, delivering presentation-ready content used directly by GTM and executive leadership.

  • Deliver insights and recommendations that influence how business leaders manage and act on critical metrics.

  • Translate ambiguous business needs into analytical frameworks and models that support strategic initiatives.

  • Identify and implement AI- and automation-driven solutions to make modeling, reporting, and insight delivery faster and more scalable.

  • Develop repeatable, increasingly automated reporting processes and presentation-ready content leveraged by key stakeholders.

  • Diagnose operational and data issues at the root cause; propose and drive systemic fixes rather than one-off patches.

  • Analyze large, complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, and AI-powered tools to surface insight at scale.

  • Own quarterly, monthly, and weekly ACV forecast updates for senior Finance and Sales leadership, highlighting key drivers, variances, and risks/opportunities ahead.

You're Our Person If...

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Core Competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Business Operations, or Management Consulting, with a track record of building financial or business models.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into simple, actionable deliverables with clear takeaways.

  • Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and a fast-moving, constantly changing environment while aligning with business partners.

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills — able to clearly influence leadership decisions.

  • Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and genuine interest in using AI to improve how work gets done.

  • Great teammate able to lead and work effectively at all levels of an organization.

  • Strong MS Excel, Tableau, and Google Suite, or other financial and data visualization software; comfort adopting AI tools in daily work.

Even Better If...

  • Experience with databases and writing SQL (Oracle, Snowflake).

  • Experience or familiarity with the Salesforce platform.

  • Experience applying AI/ML to forecasting, reporting, or process automation.

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
