About the job

The Professional Services team helps Contentsquare customers turn digital experience data into measurable business outcomes. As a Senior Strategic Consultant, you will be a senior, client-facing consultant responsible for delivering strategic, analytical, and enablement services to enterprise customers. You will combine consulting expertise, project management, digital analytics knowledge, and Contentsquare expertise to help customers understand their digital experience, prioritize opportunities, and take action.

You will work across two types of engagements:

  1. One-off consulting missions, where you lead and deliver a defined project (analysis, workshop, training..)

  2. Managed-services engagements, where you act as the delivery owner and project manager for an ongoing customer relationship. You will manage the service roadmap, coordinate contributors, maintain delivery momentum, and proactively ensure that the customer receives value from the available services.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to customer teams, including operational stakeholders, analytics teams, technical teams, and senior or economic buyers. You will work closely with Customer Success Manager and Sales but also all your Professional Services colleagues such as Data Analysts, UX Design Consultants, Implementation Managers, Training Consultants..

This role is ideal for someone who combines the structure and client leadership of a senior consultant with the curiosity and practical fluency of a digital analytics power user.

What you’ll do

  • Own the delivery of strategic consulting and analytics engagements from discovery through completion.

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for the services being delivered to the customer.

  • Define project objectives, scope, milestones, working methods, deliverables, and success criteria.

  • Build and manage delivery plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Lead managed-services engagements as the delivery owner and project manager.

  • Maintain a proactive service roadmap and identify the right missions, workshops, analyses, training sessions, and enablement activities for each customer.

  • Coordinate the work of Data Analysts, UX Design Consultants, Implementation Managers, Training Consultants, and other specialists when required.

  • Escalate delivery risks, scope issues, capacity constraints, or customer blockers in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that customers receive measurable value from their Professional Services engagement.

  • Apply digital analytics and Contentsquare expertise

  • Analyze digital experience data and translate findings into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Prepare and deliver analyses, executive readouts, workshops, training sessions, and working sessions with customer teams.

  • Help customers define use cases, measurement approaches, prioritization frameworks, and roadmaps.
  • Assess data collection, tagging plans, data quality, measurement frameworks, and the conditions required for reliable analysis.
  • Use Contentsquare and other digital analytics tools to investigate customer questions and support evidence-based decisions.
  • Understand how digital analytics data can connect with broader customer data ecosystems, including business intelligence tools, data warehouses, data lakes, APIs, and activation platforms.
  • You are not expected to be a specialist Data Analyst or Data Architect, but you should be comfortable working with data and explaining analytical findings to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams

  • Facilitate discussions with operational teams, analytics teams, technical stakeholders, senior leaders, and economic buyers.

  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager. The CSM owns the broader partnership, while you own the quality, coordination, and delivery of the services provided.

  • Collaborate across the broader Professional Services organization and contribute your expertise to team discussions, methods, and delivery standards.

  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and become a reliable advisor on their digital experience and analytics priorities.

  • Communicate complex analytical or technical concepts clearly to audiences with different levels of expertise.

  • Identify risks and opportunities

  • Monitor customer adoption, engagement, delivery progress, and stakeholder participation.

  • Proactively identify risks such as declining adoption, missed milestones, unclear ownership, or limited use of the platform.

  • Surface relevant expansion or cross-sell opportunities to the Customer Success and Sales teams. This is not a quota-carrying sales role, but you are expected to recognize when additional Contentsquare capabilities or services could address a customer need.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer processes, measurement practices, data flows, or use of digital analytics.

  • Improve how we work

  • Contribute to reusable consulting methods, frameworks, templates, and points of view.

  • Use artificial intelligence responsibly to improve preparation, analysis, delivery quality, and internal processes.

  • Stay current with developments in digital analytics, artificial intelligence, data ecosystems, and customer experience measurement.

  • Share knowledge with other consultants and help strengthen the capabilities of the wider Professional Services team.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Approximately 5 to 6 years of experience in management consulting, strategic consulting, digital consulting, professional services, or a similar customer-facing advisory environment.

  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams from discovery through delivery.

  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead workshops and executive discussions.

  • Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame ambiguous customer challenges clearly.

  • Practical experience with digital analytics, business intelligence, conversion optimization, customer experience analytics, or related data products.

  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Experience with Contentsquare is highly valuable.

  • Understanding of tagging plans, data collection, data quality, measurement frameworks, data structures, and the limitations that can affect analytical outcomes.

  • Ability to interpret data, develop an analysis, and communicate the implications and recommendations clearly.

  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and escalation.

  • Ability to work independently across a changing mix of one-off missions and recurring managed-services engagements.

  • Comfortable collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Data Analysts, UX Design Consultants, Implementation Managers, and other specialist teams.

  • Practical curiosity about artificial intelligence, data flows, data warehouses, data lakes, APIs, and modern digital analytics ecosystems.

  • Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully to improve your own work and customer delivery, while applying appropriate judgment and maintaining confidentiality.

  • Full professional fluency in French and English, including the ability to lead customer conversations, workshops, and presentations in French.

  • Availability to work with customers primarily during French or Central European business hours.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements, team meetings, and company events.
