We’re seeking an experienced Splunk Monitoring Specialist to strengthen a global monitoring and observability team within a highly regulated and complex banking environment.

If you’re passionate about data, system performance, and solving complex technical challenges, this role is for you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance monitoring solutions using Splunk
  • Build dashboards, alerts, and KPIs to improve system visibility
  • Support teams in integrating and using monitoring tools effectively
  • Investigate incidents and troubleshoot performance issues
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new monitoring platform
  • Automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency
  • Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams worldwide

Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Splunk (Enterprise)
  • Exposure to Splunk ITSI
  • Solid background in monitoring/observability/system analytics
  • Experience building dashboards and metrics
  • Ability to work in an international, technical environment (Proficiency in English required)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Cribl, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, SolarWinds
  • Automation knowledge (e.g. Ansible)
  • French is a plus

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
