Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will partner with large organizations to secure their entire digital experience by solving critical challenges. You will lead and drive sales engagements for a comprehensive portfolio of security solutions, acting as a significant driver of company revenue and growth. This role leverages a solutions-focused sales environment to connect clients with a solution for every stage of threat prevention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell the company's products and solutions through channel partners and by interacting directly with customers in an assigned region.

  • Utilize consultative selling experience to identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and customers.

  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the portfolio of solutions.

  • Create clear goals and complete accurate forecasting by developing a detailed territory plan.

  • Leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition with insights into value for that specific account.

  • Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect the company's products and services.

  • Travel as necessary within your territory and to company-wide meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, enterprise software or cybersecurity sales role.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrated experience selling complex technical solutions to C-level stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of territory management and sales cycle forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry.

  • Experience cultivating relationships with channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach.

  • Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.

  • Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by considering complex interrelationships and outcomes.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
