Intuit's Canadian Events & Community team is looking for an Events Co-op to support the execution of external customer events for accounting professionals, bookkeepers, and small business owners across Canada. This is a hands-on, full-time co-op placement focused on the tactical and operational work that keeps our regional sales events, hospitality programs, sponsorships, and webinars running smoothly. • Track Invites & Event Data: Maintain sales-nominated invite lists against the team's eligibility criteria, keep the event tracker and rollup up to date, and flag registration or logistics issues to the team promptly.
  • Support Post-Event Reporting: Deploy post-event surveys (SurveyMonkey) and help compile attendance, registration, and NPS data.
  • Provide General Team Support: Monitor the shared events inbox, respond to routine customer questions under guidance, and provide administrative and coordination support across the events portfolio as assigned.
  • Support AI-Driven Efficiency Initiatives: Support new AI initiatives aimed at helping improve efficiencies across the events team.

Qualifications

  • Event Management Fundamentals: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Event Management and available to work full-time for a 4-month term. A prior internship or co-op placement in events, marketing, or a related field is preferred, and occasional on-site support for local events may be required.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities under guidance from the team.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communicator who brings a team-first mindset and is comfortable asking questions, taking direction, and flagging issues early.
  • Growth Mindset: Comfortable learning new software, including Swoogo, Zoom, or similar event and web-conferencing tools, with an eagerness to adapt to new tools and processes, including emerging AI initiatives.
